Duane's Business Tip of the Day June 6

How to Conduct a Sales Meeting?
Try to keep the meetings short and focused on the subject matter. Build the momentum. However let your staff do the reporting. They may report by twos to the whole group. A time limit should be set for each report and do not let anyone ask questions yet or simply butt in. Try to get a good facilitator with a specialization for this. Be sure to assign a person to record the minutes of the meeting for future discussions so that these will not take much of the time of everybody. In this way, the managers really know that you appreciate their time.
