Well, a sales plan is a guide for the owner of the business on how the resources may be used like the finances and manpower so as to be able to meet the sales target. You may make a sales plan regularly, say every month. Always be aware also of the season cycle that is affecting your business. Some of the holidays are better for some businesses than the others like the Christmas season and the Valentine’s Day. The weekday sales may also depend from the weekend sales. There are factors in such elements whenever you will make a sales plan.
