OC Home Prices up 5.9% versus Last Year…

Highlights of Data-Quick’s Orange County home-buying report. For the 22 business days ending October4th, 2012
  • Median selling price for all residences of $450,000 — that is up 5.9% vs. a year ago.
  • Total Orange County sales of 2,977 residences closed in the latest period — that is up 16.2% vs. a year ago.
  • SFR were up 15.1% versus last year; condo sales rose 19.9% vs. year ago. Builders’ new homes sales were 13.1% higher
